Oohhhh the melodrama. I got so panicked/down about work earlier that I bought a whole cheesecake to eat by myself. A WHOLE CHEESECAKE. It might not have been so bad, if it weren't Sainsburys Basics. But it is. £1.80. For a whole cheesecake. Look at it, with its white and orange packaging and its crude illustration. Daring me to finish it. Never you fear, Basics Cheesecake. You will not last the night.


I can only apologise for what appears to be - and, in fact, is - the psychotic ramblings of a student on the edge. I'm rather behind with my uni work thanks to a whole load of personal ridiculousness that happened at the beginning of the year and two weeks of being in bed due to crazy-illness, and it's scaring me to death. Hopefully I'll snap back into commission before the night before the deadline and get something done, but at the minute I'm so worried/terrified about how much work I've got that I'm not actually getting anything done at all. It's ridiculous! I keep retiring for naps to regain my sensibilities, I feel like I should be in a Jane Austen novel! Socially though everything's going great - started spending a lot more time with people on my course, and it's been freakin' awesome. Most, if not all of last Thursday was spent enrraaaaaaging first years with Billie Piper, Gunther and Mr Blobby (who is, by the way, the scariest thing on the planet).

Speaking of those stupid naps, am off for one now. My brain stopped working some minutes ago. Hopefully I'll wake up with a newfound sense of determination! Grrr! >
